Blades and knives

We advise to use original spare parts and consumables.

Not genuine parts and consumables make the guarantee not covering the machines anymore.
Original parts, blades and wheels are tested to get the best performances in Gielle multi material cutters. Not proper blades and wheels can damage the machine, and cause injuries to the operator. Think for example to the fact that Power blades are INOX top quality blades, not common ones.
Gielle genuine made in Italy cutting wheels are designed on size for our glass cutters. The right procedure to change the cutting wheels is downloadable in the “secrets” area.

Open blades

Open blades are genuine high quality Made in England blades. They are suitable in Ciak Professional and Gladium 155 machines to cut carton, forex, alveolar carton and plastic, and many other materials.

We advise to use Open blades in Gladium MaXXI multi material cutters to cut forex thanks to the fact they are thiner than the Power model. That feature works better in forex cutting.

Each box contains 100 pcs.

Ciak machines are designed to use each blade twice by turning it after the first part is worn.

ATTENTION: blades are very sharpened, handle with care.

Power Blades

 

They are genuine top quality INOX made in England blades.
We provide 50 blades boxes suitable in Ciak Power and Gladium Universal multi material cutters. We advise to use Open blades instead of Power ones in Universal multi material cutters to cut forex
Open blades cut up to 20 mm, world record for such a machine.
Ciak machines are designed to use each blade twice by turning it after the first part is worn.

Gielle genuine glass cutting wheels

 

They are top quality made in Italy glass cutting wheels, projected to be set on Gielle optional GLASS CUTTER KIT.

It is possible to order:

  • the complete glass cutter kit, as option of the Ciak Professional machine only.
  • a part of the kit, as spare part.
  • the cutting wheel only, as consummable.

Remember always that glass cutter kit doesn’t cut the glass but scores it. See our videos and read carefully Ciak instruction manuals in order to use your Ciak at its best!

Dibond/plexi blades

To professionally cut dibond sheets we offer a special kit. It is available in two versions: for left handed and for right handed operators.

It is an upgrade compared to the general purpose blades for some reasons:

  • the blade is set in a magnetic blade holder designed expecially for that shape.
  • the very thin blade is specifically projected to cut dibond and plexiglass
  • operator can score both plexiglass and dibond sheets, then he can peel off the needed part
  • the kit includes a hook blade tool to finish the edges: not sharpened edges anymore!
