It’s the perfect machine to frame large shaped mouldings: it is a long-term reliable equipment to produce medium/small serials or single pieces. One of the mail features is the joystick that makes fast to fire vnails in different positions. Both Gielle vnail types (FLX AND FL2) are stackable as you can see in photo on the right. The FLX type is a traction effect one, the FL2 is a streight one.

Five manometers display the pressure levels and a 200 or 600 (it depends by the model) vnails pneumatic loader allows a fast recharge. The automatic-balancing two pressure arms allow the perfect lock of shaped mouldings. To guarantee a perfect view the front pressure arm can be disabled and lifted to frame small mouldings. Further to the two pressure arms there’s a front clamp and a back brake that make the wedges stackable. Each locking solution is designed to make the machine able to fix the mouldings to get a perfect job.

The photo shows the way two pressure arms can be really useful to lock the mouldings in position: the pressure arms adjust automatically their position on the shaped mouldings. To get that result the operator has to push the pedal till the end.
